Dili, Timor-Leste – The Timor-Leste Women’s League has successfully concluded its season, which ran from October 2023 to January 2024. After intense competition and showcasing remarkable talent across the board, AD-SLB Laulara and Maudoko FC emerged as the champions of the top and second divisions, respectively.
The league, which was composed of 11 clubs, divided into six clubs for the top division and five for the second division, followed a double round-robin format that tested the teams’ endurance, strategy, and skill throughout the season.
In the top division, AD-SLB Laulara claimed the championship title, standing out among its competitors. The division also featured strong performances from other clubs, including Maranatha FC, S’Amuser FC, Buibere FC, Academica FC, and ASS. Baucau, each bringing their unique style and determination to the pitch.
The second division saw Maudoko FC rise to the top, securing their championship status with notable determination. The division also included Unital FC, Nain Feto FC, Sao Jose FC, and VDL FC, all of which competed fiercely and showed significant promise throughout the league.
